aligirl1213 @pattyrivera805 Hey- All measurements are laying flat and are approximate. Since the skirt is high waisted I measured in 2 places. The highest point is of the waist is 15 1/2” the low point is 18”. The skirt is stretchy as well if that helps at all 😄
