❤️ I have included 2 popular brands; HUDA BEAUTY & KYLIE COSMETICS. These are just brands (out of MANY) that I have come across on PoshMark that I see the most FAKES for.
❤️These are both of their LIQUID LIPSTICKS;
-When in doubt, ask to see the bottom sticker
-Ask to see the "Batch Code" that is either directly on the component or the bottom sticker
❤️HUDA BEAUTY NEVER RELEASED A BUNDLE LIKE THIS!
-And notice how the colors of the items on the box have multiple of the exact same shade? Bc it's FAKE.
-These fake Huda liquid lipsticks DO NOT HAVE BOTTOM STICKERS- that should be all the info you need

@reevesrachel52 ikr?!?! They use these horrible chemicals like heavy metals such as lead, and other Carcinogens!! Not to mention even freaking GASOLINE sometime!!! Not only is it sketchy- it's literally LIFE THREATENING! Since they are counterfeit- NO ONE IS REGULATING the ingredients and safety of them!! People think, "I bought a fake Huda lipstick that is the exact same color as the real one!! Why would I spend $20 when I can spend $10?!" Because dear- you could be paying with. your. life.

@reevesrachel52 and not to mention the quality will NEVER be the same. Maybe you can find a color that's close, but it lasts 5 minutes. Or it stains things. Worst case scenario you get poisoned! Or you have a new baby or small child. They get sick from the fumes or your kisses!! You are always going to get what you pay for. I would rather have 5 amazing liquid lipsticks w/formula that lasts all day and doesn't transfer, rather than 20 junk lipsticks!

@reevesrachel52 ALSO- when people buy fake replicas from resale sights, that ruins the experience and they aren't sure they can actually buy authentic items from third parties anymore. So now they only trust The big name stores!! Ruining my livelihood!! People might think- "Sure, the seller insists that it's authentic- but what if they were tricked as well?? How do I know I can trust anything??" Sorry... I just have so many grievances with it!

@reevesrachel52 and honestly, some people GENUINELY don't know they've been taken advantage of. They think "Oh that brand is NOT worth the money." Or sellers think they are just getting a "good deal". I've been privately messaging sellers with these fake Huda bundles and just assuming they didn't know it was fake. I try to educate them. I'm conflicted- Bc I don't want to put them on blast in case they genuinely did not know. But I also don't want them to ruin it for everyone. Idk it's hard.

@cachetdurand I've done that too. Someone has a Harley Quinn Huda Beauty Palette for sale on here. 🤦🏼♀️
I left a comment letting her know I don't think Huda makes that palette .. because she doesn't. Some people don't know that though. People don't care about others anymore. It's all about lining their pockets!

If I may add a couple things: Jeffree Star Cosmetics VLLs, Scrubs, Liners & Glosses ALL have a large sticker on either the top or bottom of product, over the flap and covering the back of the box, with shade name, UPC, and ingredients.
Betsey Johnson has NEVER used leopard print tags - always solid hot pink or solid white. She does not do licensing -n there are NO authentic Hello Kitty/Disney/Marvel Betsey Johnson pieces.
Louis Vuitton bags NEVER have metal studs/pegs on the bottom.

@cachetdurand Hi! There have been quite a few fakes circulating. My sister also buys/sells on posh & she bought a bunch of fake Jeffree Star velour lipsticks. She already had some Jeffree Star so she was able to compare. Everything about the fake was off - the label, cheap packaging & applicator. Also, she said the product had a chemical smell. It’s scary & really unethical. But, I know some people may not realize they are selling fakes. It’s good to help others recognize the difference!

@nicolexx92 thank you for seeing it that way ❤️ I feel bad, I never want to put anyone on blast, but I'll add these Huda bundles to a private bundle & let the seller know they're inauthentic. I never wanna assume that people know they're fake. Couple ago, I wouldn't have known the difference either, until I went crazy on her Black Friday sale last year. That's wild about Jeffree, I've seen his fake palettes on Wish before, but never VLLs!

What’s also fake (or stolen, however you want to look at it) is the design Kylie used from Vladma Haggerty, who is a huge lip artist around the world. That melting lip design on Kylie’s boxes was Vladma’s design long before Kylie was even into makeup. Vladma’s designs are worth looking into. They’re beautiful. 💜💜
