HOT TOPIC PLEATED/PLAID SKIRT BY SUPER LOW FAT

This super adorable black skirt with red plaid pleats was said to be NWT. When I received it the store’s attached paper tag had been washed and it was shriveled up and unreadable, similar to the garment care tag in the pic. Also, Hot Topic originally sold the skirt with safety pins in the grommets but I had been informed prior to my purchase that this item didn’t have the safety pins and I was fine with that. I’ve never worn the skirt but it has a spot on the inside of the waistband by the zipper (see last pic). Outside that, the skirt is in excellent/like new condition.
