The medium is just an inch longer at the bottom at 26 inches from the neck at the front and 29 inches at the back.

kitsuneomajinai @erikasmith22 Hello! This is available in a small and it's not that much different than a medium. The length from armpit to armpit is the same, about 33 inches and it is meant to fit oversized. What's your usual dress size? This fits very forgivingly with measurements.
