This vest is in good condition with one minor pull area which I have shown in the last photo. It is a lace and crochet style vest and semi sheer. Most of the item is 80% cotton and 20% nylon. A portion of it is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. This is a hand wash only item. The bottom seems to have the spandex in it as it has lots of give. This is a button down style but can also be worn open. Great with any outfit and all seasons. Pit to pit is 19 inches Length is 28 inches
