g2bfaithy @mkrgill hello! Yes it's 10-12 fitting and I am also a 12! And I'm 5'2" and even with the heels I wore the dress was still a bit long. I ended up lifting it sometimes to walk but overall the dress is long and just hit right at the tip of my toes.

I'm not an expert with materials and this item came from a thrift boutique so it never actually specified but what I asked the shop keeper said is the blue underneath is silk and the blue over it definitely is tulle/mesh chiffon material. That I do know because I'm familiar with that. Hope this helps!
