🍍🎉 HOST PICK! Gorgeous tea party style dress

This is a gorgeous black and royal blue tea party style dress. I purchased it from Francesca's for a gallery event and it was just perfect. It has cap sleeves, a slights sweetheart neckline with a bow detail. The skirt is a beautiful royal blue. Worn once, great condition and quality dress. It is a size small, but was a bit big on me so I think it could definitely fit a medium.
