stacygray @ldaniel79 seam to seam on waist is 12", bust I'm going 15" Armpit to armpit, and hips I'm going with 15" As well, does stretch though maybe up to 3". I am typically a 2 or 4 or in between as well. At the time that I bought it, I was probably closer to a 4, so it was a little tight(not super) on me but I have a larger chest.
