Handmade by me! Original fabric collage Mermaid embellished shacket! First in a series of original Mermaid collages I am creating. Perfect as a “shacket”… designed to be worn unbuttoned and open as a topper over a simple tank or tshirt. Starting with a super soft silk/linen blend upcycled top as my upcycled blank canvas, I have embellished this unique wearable art piece with reclaimed vintage treasures and trims and artist created fabrics. Lovely abalone shell style buttons. This wearable art piece is unique. Any imperfections in upcycled handcrafted items are to be considered part of their charm! Any I consider to be important will be noted. Label SIZE 12 but I believe it fits more like a Women’s Small through the shoulders, so pleaser carefully view all pics for measurements of this one of a kind garment.
