H&M/Divided Romper

Red, off-the-shoulder romper. Used (1 time only during my birthday dinner) and still in excellent condition. There is a manufacturing flaw where the seam is faulty; the garter folds (see last image). A size 4 which fits true to size. I love this romper but the flaw gets on my nerves when worn.
