H&M trench with pleated detail sz 8. Fitted-waist with tie. Front has epaulettes and is flat at the hem. Back has a pleated / long peplum hem. Cotton-poly blend twill. Made ~2008. Good condition, tie has some fraying and staining, see pic. Runs small.
