H&M skater skirt

Condition: excellent, washed and tried on but never worn Info: Black basic skater skirt with elastic waist. 95% cotton 5% elastane. Length top of waistband to bottom hem is almost 17". Story: I bought this from H&M to have a basic black skirt on hand, but I've never worn it. It's one of those pieces that's been in a drawer so long I forgot I had it.
