This H&M short black pinstripe skirt has an elastic waist and is pull on. 74% polyester, 24% viscose, and 2% elastane, it has a lot of stretch. It has two short slits on the front left and front right. The waist is 20 inches stretched, the bottom with this 23 inches, and the length is 17 inches. It’s never been worn, like brand new.
