Spaghetti strap polka dot skater dress from H&M. Size small. Navy blue color thats so dark it almost looks black, with white polka dots. This dress is very adorable and flattering. Unfortunately I've outgrown it physically (I'm medium in H&M), and style-wise, it's too young for me. It's very flattering to the body as it fits snug around your upper body then flares out. Brand New Like New Used- Excellent Used- Great Used- Good Used- OK No rips or stains. I do own a cat. Once item is purchased, it will be cleaned before packaging for shipment.
