Black and white polka dot printed romper from H & M. There is a flouncy overlay on top, the shoulders tie, and the back is slit to show off a little bit of your back when it flows. The last video shows the detail in back. There is also a back zipper. Fits like a small or extra small. Worn once and in excellent condition.
