H&M flowy black and white striped shorts

H&M shorts size 4. High waisted and elastic waist. Flowy, loose, lightweight material. Pockets and a pleat on each side. Minor dark spot on front waistband (see second to last photo) and front side of one leg needs to be re-hemmed (last photo).
