The first picture is not the exact dress, but similar in color and design. This dress is a dark blue maxi with a high neck. The back has a lovely lace detail with pretty (and functional) pearl buttons. I wore this dress once to a beach wedding. Pit to pit is 18.5”. The top is designed to be loose, so there is so fleixibility there. Offers welcome!
