H&M floral dress. says size 8, but I'd say this can fit small through XL...depending on how you want it to fit. the top elastic band has a lot of stretch-like 14". adjustable tie shoulder straps. cute pink floral print 100% cotton approximately 40.5" long from top hem-not including straps. excellent pre-owned condition 1659
