Hi.. I love this skirt. I was wondering if you could answer a question?
I was reading about H&M clothing and the article said as far as sizing goes it can be hit or miss in this store.
I was wondering... do you believe this skirt is true to a 14, or runs a bit smaller (or larger)?
I have a 35 waist.

@tessaray10 hi there! i wore this skirt when I was a true 14 and it fit well. it definitely fit better since it hugs your waist and it tends to be a little smaller. if i tried wearing it at the navel, it definitely wouldn't fit.
