H&M White Puffy Sleeve Dress with Ribbon Back NWT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @neda14. Still has the tags on! The dress is a bit loose on me, so decided to reposh. I'm usually a size 2, so I would say this dress fits like a 4. Fabric is 100% cotton, including the lining. Front of the dress has a clasp, and the back ties into a ribbon at the neck. The waistline has some stretch to it. I'm 5'1 and the dress hits me over the knees. Non-smoker / Pet-free home. Open to reasonable offers. Questions? Leave a comment below!
