jabejo710 @urban_upcycle I’m so sorry. I know this may not be your fault, but i ordered a pair in white also, and the pair i received from you appears to be a bit off. I don’t know if they’re fake or knock offs from China, but they are Different compared to others i am finding also on Poshmark in the same color and style. I submitted a request to return. I am not being accusatory in anyway, just dissatisfied with the purchase as they appear to be inauthentic.

urban_upcycle @jabejo710 I’m finding lots that are the same! I just tagged you in some of the first ones I saw :) From my research, I’m finding that they changed the style slightly each year. There’s 3 different styles of this black boot with green inside.

urban_upcycle @jabejo710 Okay, I also just confirmed that the style number is real as well. I still have a picture of the style number on my phone so I compared that with what came up on Google. Sperry’s website popped right up when I put in the number sequence, so it matches up

jabejo710 I found the exact show on dsw and the tags are different. There are things online saying Amazon sells fake sperry’s for a much lower cost, many people have been duped. If you paid anything less than $100 for these originally, theyre likely fake. urban_upcycle @jabejo710 I remember paying over $100 for them. I looked and found what the fake Sperry tags look like and they look totally different, too. The fakes have a different tag yet and have weird numbers on them that don’t match up. Poshmark won’t let sellers process returns on their own, so we do have to wait for their verdict, unfortunately. I do still think the boots are authentic and I can submit my information to Poshmark as well.

urban_upcycle @jabejo710 I’ve also done numerous Google searches now and I do not see any indication that fake Sperry duck boots are being sold. The only post I can find about fake Sperry’s is for boat shoes, and I’ve gone through pages of results
