H&M Sleeveless top - Size 12 (runs small)

H&M v-neck black top with side zipper. Top gives appearance of flutter sleeves but they have a slit at the top so blouse is sleeveless. Please note that this run small. It says size 12 but is more like a size 8 -10. I am 5'3" and it hits right at my hips.
