H&M Skater Dress

H&M skater dress, faux wrap style, black with red and pink floral pattern. Functioning snap in front. Rifle detail on bottom, elastic waist, cap style sleeves. Labeled a US 10, but runs more like a 6/8. Measurements lying flat: PtoP: about 16" Elastic Waist (not stretched): about 13.5" Sleeves: 4" Length from top of shoulder to bottom flutter detail: about 30" (keep in mind there is a little bit of a high/low design with the ruffle, see photos)
