H&M Rose Print Empire Dress

H&M Rose print Empire waist party dress! There's tulle underneath that makes it puffy. I really loved the print of this dress, but bought it as motivation to lose weight. Unfortunately, I never got to a size that fit, so it's never been worn! Hoping this will go to a nice new home ♥
