New condition dress in expensive looking fabric. Never worn- I was so excited to wear it I took the tags off but never got a chance to wear it!!! From H&M: Short dress in an airy woven fabric with a printed pattern. Small, ruffled collar and V-neck opening at front with ties. Long raglan balloon sleeves with covered button at cuffs, gathered seam at waist, and a flared skirt. Jersey lining.
