H&M Pleated Striped Mini Skirt

This adorable H&M pleated mini skirt has blue, coral, green, red, and lime stripes on a black background. It has an inch wide elastic waist and no zipper. The length from the waist to the hem is 15 inches. It's in great used condition from a smoke free home. This was bought in H&M in Europe so it's a European size 38; and I'd say it's a size 4 US (or size small US). The waistband un-stretched is 26 inches.
