Striking H&M navy and white striped skirt, medium-weight cotton, fully-lined, US 8 but I feel it runs small so it is really a 4 or 6, excellent used condition. No stains, discolorations, tears. Zipper works perfectly. Button closure. 4-inch back slit. Looks almost black, but it is navy. Beautiful raised seams. Length: 22 inches. *Tag says 8, but true size is 4 to 6.
