H&M Low Waisted Black Denim Jeggings Never Worn! Brand New! I've had multiple pair of these exact jeggings and took the tags off expecting to wear them when my other pairs wore out. I gained weight and never wore them once! The measurements are— Waist (from outer seam to outer seam) ~12" Inseam 29" (they are a little longer than 27", even though that's what the tag says) Thigh (inseam to outer seam) 8" Materials— Cotton 81% Polyester 16% Elastane 3% They have some give to them and once washed and worn a couple of times, they soften.
