This is a very beautiful bluish green chiffon puffed sleeve dress. The top has a deep V on both the front and back. The front is fastened with the same material buttons. The bottom of the dress is lined while the top is not. New with tags. Back story: I bought this for family photos and then forgot I bought it when we did pictures and wore something else.
