H&M High Waisted Pencil Skirt in Red with Belt

This sophisticated but fun bright red H&M high-waisted pencil skirt comes with a removable black patent leather skinny belt and is fully lined with a kick pleat. Label says it's a size 10, but I think it fits more like a 6 or an 8. Some discoloration as shown in the last two photos, but not noticeable when it is on. Waist: ~14 3/4"
