H&M Floral Drapey Dress. Size 4. Flat lay: 16” chest, 16” waist. 30” length from top of shoulder to bottom hem. Meant to be loose fitting. Keyhole neck closure. Close up photo of shoulder area with some loose threads, minor stain. Runs very small. Tagged as a 4, but fits like a 2, please see measurements.
