Measurements: Overall length (shoulder to bottom of skirt): 30 inches Skirt length (waist to hem): 16 inches Waist laying flat: 12 inches Waist circumference: 24 inches H&M has changed their sizing since I purchased this, so this dress might be closer to a size 0 by their new sizing. Please note that this fabric does NOT stretch.
