H&M Divided Sleeveless A-Line Fit & Flare Polka Dot Dress & Matching Blazer XS

Super cute short fitted navy polka dot dress! And matching navy 3/4 sleeve blazer with polka dot arm cuffs. Dress is from H&M. Blazer was bought in a boutique in Italy. They didn't come as a set, but they go together so perfectly!! Cute, classy retro vibe! Dress is European size 34. US size XS. Please see the measurements. It has some stretch. I'm a 34 C/D and I can fit into it, but it's tight. Blazer is fitted and cotton and also fits XS - S sizes. It has light shoulder pads to add some structure.
