Royal blue, business casual, fitted sheath dress. Crew neck and 3/4 length sleeves. Very flattering and eye catching, yet modest. Hits above the knee. Zips down the back. Good used condition. Faint pilling on waist and near neckline as seen in last two pictures. RUNS SMALL.
