This dress is something else! It is strapless - no wait... the bag handles can function as straps for the dress! The dress has a built-in bra, including wire and bra strap. There will be no wardrobe malfunction :-) The style is understated elegance. Synthetic fiber material. Waist: 15 inches (30 inches circumference) Total length: 33.5 inches The only reason I may part with it is that I put on a few pounds. My gain is your gain.
