HM Blue floral mini shirtdress with ties - Size 2

Cute, spring-y mini oversized shirtdress with ties and ruffled neck. Perfect with flats for the office, or cute with sandals / wedges in the spring / summer for brunch. Also has pockets! Sleeves have an elasticated detail, so you can customize where the sleeve falls. Comfy, roomy, and easy to style. Would likely fit anyone from a Size 0-Size 6, depending on how you prefer the fit. I did have this altered to be a mini (I'm 5'4 and it hits just above my knee) but originally hit mid-knee and was unflattering.
