Purchase at H&M in Romania, this is a lightweight Kaftan in a crinkly fabric with ties at the chest. This would be a great swim coverup, you would need to wear a slip under it if you planned on wearing it like a dress. It looks a little more expensive than H&M in my opinion •a008
