H&M Black, White + Blue Patterned Dress

This cute dress sat in my closet with the tags and sadly never really fit me quite right. The delicate pattern is black and white with hints of blue. Gathered waist. Tiny button details at the neckline. (See 2nd pic) Hits right at the knee.
