H&M Black Ribbed Knit Retro Style Skater Dress, Size 14, Runs Small

In excellent condition, there are no holes, stains, or loose threads. For size reference, I'm a 40D bust and usually have no issue fitting into this size from H&M, but this was far too small, even with the stretch from the knit fabric. Washed in Gain detergent, from a smoke free but cat friendly home!
