H&M Black Pencil Skirt

Fully lined pencil skirt from H&M, only worn twice and in excellent condition! Size 4 but fits more like a 2-4. Shell is 61% cotton, 34% polyester, and 5% elastane. Liner is 100% polyester. Laying flat, Waist measures 12.5" across, hips = 17", and length = 19". Perfect to pair with any blouse for professional and classy office attire, I wish this still fit me!
