H&M Black Long Sleeve Dress with Floral Design

H&M Black long sleeve dress, size small. The shoulders have a floral design (pic #2) and the bottom front of the dress has a floral design/cut-out (pic #3). This dress is super cute and be dressed up or down for work, but it's too short for me (I'm 5'8")
