HIGH WASTED VELVET PENCIL SKIRT

This velvet pink high wasted skirt I bought is beautiful it has two deeper pink strips of vines flowers down each side in the front and a cute subtle split in the back on the bottom. I wore it once to a concert and have never seemed to wear it anywhere else!
