NEW WITH TAGS! Vintage super high waisted flowy shorts in a neutral beige color, super cute with a belted sash that ties in a bow. 2 side pockets. Vintage tag says size 16T but I think it fits a medium because the waist is a stretchy wide elastic in the back and can stretch from a lay flat 15 inches to 18 inches.
