@peggy1658, I don't believe this response because it's happening on my bundle messages, it's occurring on my comments for HP, and items within my closet go mia for a couple of days, it's ridiculous and outrageous. Numerous emails back and forth since January 2nd, and there is no resolution to the problem. Their responses are generated or useless or non-existent.

@slgkali1, It truly is a nightmare, but the lives that flood our news feed all day every day in mass are doing just fine, I just sent yet another response to them, it's my last response. Hmmm, what happened to sharing is caring and supporting each other? I guess since Naver Corporation took over, this went out the window.

@pinkpoppy1111 How about we who don't do lives form some kind of coalition and protest. I know this might be difficult to figure out but who knows what we might come up with. We need our sales and not being about to communicate is not an option. If we don't make sales they don't make $. But maybe they feel they get enough from the lives and they really don't care about us.

@peggy1658, They literally don't care. They think the lives are going to be their meal ticket, and that's pretty evident along with the promoted closet that people are being charged for even after they canceled. It's truly sad.

buyer about measurements cause she asked me.. 3 time in a row.. It went missing.. I never know when it's going to happen or not ! ugh

@toughluck00 I think when you use emoji's that does something. So I've stopped using them. There's so much that needs to be fixed. Who knows if they are really working on it. I hope they are. And, I hope things get back to normal. Thanks for commenting.

@peggy1658 Thank you very much for posting their reply, clarifying part of this problem. I received only their standard responses, like to reinstall the app, which made no difference. Hopefully it gets fixed, suddenly they are not able to see what is legit and what is spam, so we are wasting our time here.

@cangoforthat19 You are so right. I haven't had a sale since the end of January. The lives have ruined Poshmark and management/support could care less that we aren't doing well. We are the ones who made the site. I have never sold anything on a live show. I haven't watched a live since last year. I'm not on poshmark for fun. I'm here to earn $ to pay bills. I guess, we will have to find another site to sell on.
