appalachianhip1 @hellobutifl hi. my wrist is the same. so pics will give you a good idea. the bangle part is 6 in around on the outside 5in around measuring on the inside. it's made not to go all the way around but to leave an opening with the chain to dangle below. the chain part is also 5in :)

appalachianhip1 @hellobutifl the shape is fitted and does not move much. I can put my finger under the top. but the chain below gives the movement. think tight like a watch would fit. a little movement ;)
