@2000mg yes bought it and returned it as it is not new, I took it into a Dyson store to have a specialist take a look at the condition due to the metal plate being bent. They said it would need repair. The user blocked me as I can’t fathom Poshmark allowing the seller to repost as it was a waste of time. Good luck

@2000mg I unfortunately bought 2 items from them. Unfortunately both came not new. The user has the old posting of when I 1st bought it, read the comments. Plus he placed it in a Bag. No care for the item. Good luck
