HELL BUNNY Paname Paris Polka Dot Mini Dress NWT New with tags! It’s been hanging in my closet for a long time! But I’ve never worn it. While it’s NWT, I noticed a discoloring of the belt…it looks as if the fabric glue has seeped through. It’s not dirty, it’s discolored evenly throughout (see photo).
