These are such cute pants!  Dress them up or down! They are by Helen Wang, ladies size 10.  High quality glossy 93% cotton/7% spandex (for a comfortable stretch) in a floral pattern of blues on a creamy white ground.  Front slide closure/zip fly, capri length. Measure 16” across at the waistband, 20.5” at the widest hip area, 34” at the outer leg seam, 25” at the inner leg seam and a 10” rise. These come to you in fantastic condition with no flaws that I saw.
