HECHO EN MEXICO BELT BUCKLE. Silver and Turquoise not Hallmarked Silver

I have no history on this Vintage Belt Buckle but the exact matches I have pulled up to compare say Silver and Turquoise. the mark on the back says Hecho en Mexico. well used condition, scratches but no loss on turquoise. It looks to be chips of Turquoise in a resin base, but that is my off the wall opinion.
