Brand new! The item didn’t come with a tag on it, but it’s brand new! It came that way in the package shipment I bought it in. I included the green dress stock photo so you can see the fit (I’m also selling a green one) but this one is brown! Love this dress, you don’t need to wear a bra with it (probably)! See size chart.
